HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order, but we can change size before it has been shipped out if needed.

 

WHEN DO WE SHIP THE ORDER?

All orders are processed and handled within 48 hours of receiving the order.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR POLICIES ON RETURNING ITEMS?

• Due to hygiene reasons, all innerwear product (underwear, boxers, briefs, bras, sports bras) sales are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• If you’re unhappy with any other products, that’s no problem! We can refund or exchange other types of goods within 14 days of when you have placed the order. Just send us an email and we’ll get in touch with you!
